In order to ensure that everyone receives the best possible experience, I have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy: 1. **Cancellation Policy**: - I require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. 2. **No-Show Policy**: - If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. - After two no-shows, I may require a deposit to secure future appointments. 3. **Late Arrivals**: - If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may need to reschedule or shorten your service to accommodate the next client.
